CEILING FAN INSTALLATION

We can install the electricity &
box for the ceiling fan.

We can also hang a ceiling fan
on an existing box.

We can install the box or hang one on an existing box. We will not hang the crystals on any chandelier.

We will assemble common chandeliers but not intricate chandeliers.

RECESS LIGHTING

We can help design a lighting scheme for your home or install the recess lighting scheme
 of your choice.

BATHROOM EXHAUST FANS

We will replace an existing exhaust fan
or install one when there is no existing.
You can provide the exhaust fan or
we can provide a standard fan.

THROUGH THE WALL EXHAUST FAN

Some times it is not feasible to mount an
exhaust fan in the ceiling so we have these
fans that come in either 8 or 10 inch models.

These models come in pull-chain controlled
or a switch on the wall.

MICROWAVE CIRCUITS

Today's code dictates that under cabinet microwaves require their own circuit. Therefore, the removal of existing hood fan wires will need to be made safe, and a new circuit will need to be installed along with a new breaker in the panel.

YARD LIGHTING

We have designers to help layout
lights or do your own designs

POST LIGHTS

We can trouble shoot the
power to your post light.

We also replace post lights
with a brand new fixture.

We can install a whole new post light for you.

ATTIC FANS BUTLER VENT-A-MATTIC

We offer two models of attic fans.
Both are made by Butler Vent-a- Matic.
One comes with a replacement warranty of two years from the manufacturer and this fan pulls 1100 CFM. The other comes with a lifetime replacement warranty from the manufacturer and this fan pulls 1500 CFM.

We will not install attic fans on
metal or cedar roofs.

GABLE FANS

When you have a gable vent it is possible to mount a fan behind it. This lets the hot air vent out instead of having a roof mounted attic fan.

A gable fan is used when you can not
go through the roof.

SERVICE UPGRADES AND PANELS

A service upgrade includes the service entrance cable, meter, breaker panel with necessary breakers, and upgrading your
grounding and bonding.

TRANSFER SWITCHES

We can install transfer switches in your home for your generator so that you can have
power during power outages.

They come in different sizes and types
custom for each home.

A hot tub is considered a pool.
The circuit must be ran in conduit from the panel to the hot tub.

Like all of our work this circuit will be
done to code.
